By downloading or using Liftalo you agree to these terms. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
Health and safety
Liftalo provides general fitness information and tools. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. You train at your own risk.
Liftalo Pro subscriptions
- Liftalo Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: $7.99 per month or $49.99 per year (USD; prices may vary by region).
- New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial).
- Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings (Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions).
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Your content
Data you enter stays on your device and remains yours. You are responsible for backing up your device.
Acceptable use
Don’t reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liftalo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
