Privacy Policy

Liftalo (“we”, “us”) makes the Liftalo iPhone app. We built Liftalo so your training data stays with you. This policy explains what the app stores, where, and why.

No account required

Liftalo does not require you to create an account. Your profile (such as name, goal, units and body weight you choose to enter) is stored locally on your iPhone.

Data stored on your device

Your workouts, sets, programs, progress, food logs, goals and settings are stored on your device. We do not receive or store this data on our servers.

Cycle tracking

Cycle tracking is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, cycle notes are stored only on your device and are never uploaded. We do not share this data with advertisers or third parties, and we do not run analytics on it. Turning cycle tracking off erases your cycle notes immediately. Phase estimates are a guide for training and energy, not a fertility or health tool.

Camera

Liftalo uses the camera only when you turn on form check, to show a live view of your lift. Nothing is recorded or uploaded.

Subscriptions and purchases

Purchases of Liftalo Pro are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives purchase information from Apple (such as an anonymous app user ID, products purchased, and transaction dates) so the app can confirm your Pro access and restore purchases. We never receive your payment card details. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy.

Analytics and advertising

Liftalo does not show ads and does not sell your personal data.

Deleting your data

Because your data lives on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the app. To cancel a subscription, see our Support page.

Children

Liftalo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
